Dog Liability Waiver

Terms & Conditions

In consideration of being accepted to have my dog(s) attend Club Bunker

1. I acknowledge that:    

  • In admitting my dog(s), Club Bunker PTY LTD is relying solely on my representations that my dog(s) are in good health and has not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any person, animal or thing.

2. I accept that there are inherent risks associated with bringing my dog to Club Bunker, including (but not limited to):

  • Transfer of communicable illness, such as Canine Cough (Kennel Cough)

  • Injuries, including broken nails, abrasions, cuts and sore pads and

  • Behavioural problems

  • Although Club Bunker allows all dogs, occasionally it is discovered that this is not an appropriate environment for every dog. Club Bunker retains the discretion to temporarily or permanently ban my dog(s) from the facility at any time.

  • I have read and understood the Club Bunker Waiver & Release of Liability and the Rules.

3. I agree that:

  • I am solely responsible for any loss, damage or harm caused or contributed by my dog(s) while attending Club Bunker.

  • While my dog(s) is on premise at Club Bunker and in the case, that I cannot be contacted and/or in the event of an emergency, Club Bunker, its agent or representative may seek immediate veterinary care for my dog.

  • I am responsible for all costs associated with clause 2(a) and clause 2(b),

  • I will abide by the rules set out in the Club Bunker Waiver & Release of Liability and the Club Bunker Rules & Regulations, accepting all terms, conditions and statements contained within.

4. I acknowledge and agree to my dog/s photo/s being used on our media sites.

5. I release Club Bunker and its employees and agents, from all liability and indemnify Club Bunker from any and all claims of every kind and nature whatsoever, arising directly and indirectly, from my dog(s) participation in activities or use of service, including and legal claims and medical expenses.
